What we collect

When you request service, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), service address, and description of the issue. We also record the date and time you consented to be contacted, and the version of the consent language you saw.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your service request, schedule work, follow up on quotes, and — if you opt in separately — send occasional service reminders. We do not sell your data.

Who sees it

Only Khadz Home Services staff and the specific vendors we use to run our business (SMS provider, email provider, hosting, and payment processor if you pay online). We require each vendor to protect your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@khadzhomeservices.com. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
